The Property Concierge Association
The PCA Club is a property management platform and community for small landlords and tenants. The platform hosts a landlord/tenant communication portal, on call maintenance & service requests, great perks, and benefits for homeowners, landlords and tenants. The idea was developed in reaction to an internal study on energy insecurity, lack of communication between landlords and renters, and a variety of resources lacking in this area; specifically for landlords or homeowners renting out to 50 or less tenants. It then further developed into collecting information and resources to assist landlords and small property owners to provide better services to their tenants without breaking the bank. Our mission is to provide a great communication platform that will improve tenant/landlord communication, and the overall quality of living arrangements. We also build relationships to provide major discounts on travel and accommodation services, as a perk for our members take advantage of. Homeowners looking for easier access to maintenance and service resources are able to use our services as well.
