*Emergency maintenance requests are requests that require services in less than 24 hours.  All other services will be treated in a regularly negotiated and scheduled request.  Homeowners are responsible for paying their own maintenance fees, after negotiated.

Emergency Maintenance – up to 1 emergency maintenance call/month for any home maintenance need.
Homeowners Liaison – Don’t overpay on your next home project or any services that you get.  A homeowner liaison will negotiate the best rates, and assist you from beginning to end.
Emergency Homeowner Accommodations – we will provide up to 7 days accommodations in the event of any emergency, free of charge*
*Accommodations are selected by PCA Concierge

Premium Concierge –  24/7 Concierge Assistance for all maintenance/service request, or any concerns that you may have (for regularly scheduled services, and emergency scheduled services).
